Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make your appointment, or need to cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required by phone call or text to (585) 615-0115

If you cancel or no-show or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, you are responsible for the cancellation fee, which is equal to 50% of your scheduled treatment rate.

If you are late for your appointment, the scheduled fee remains the same and your appointment will end at the scheduled time.
