Bio-Well Wellness Assessment
To assess your bioenergetic health, consider the following steps in a Bio-Well Assessment:
Use a Bio-Well device to measure the energy fields around your body.
Analyze the data to identify areas of energy imbalance or stress.
Compare your results to established norms for healthy energy levels.
Explore the impact of lifestyle factors such as diet, stress, and sleep on your energy.
Implement changes based on findings to enhance overall well-being.
Reassess periodically to track improvements and adjust your approach.
Emotion Code & Heart-Wall Release
The premise of The Emotion Code healing modality is that the energy of past trauma can literally become trapped in your body, affecting your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
This can lead you a myriad of challenges and negative symptoms.
The way to fix this negative effect of suppressed trauma is by identifying and removing the root cause and thus helping the body return to a state of balance.
Emotion Code® sessions can be conducted in various ways, such as in-person, over the phone, and through video-conferencing. During a session, the client typically presents the problem they would like to work on, and the practitioner makes a series of statements, followed by muscle testing, to narrow down the specific trapped emotions within the client’s energy field.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, headaches, and mental stress (among other things).
It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull.
This therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.
